Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case it is kept for the duration of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent for future contact. Write to Business@monkmedia.io and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

These terms cover your use of this website and, where a separate agreement does not say otherwise, the services we provide. Where you sign a specific engagement agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.
We provide done for you Instagram and social media services. Depending on what is agreed, this can include positioning, content strategy, scripting, video production using AI avatar technology, editing, design, publishing, direct message automation and reporting.
Our model requires roughly one hour of your time each month, in which we present the coming month's strategy and you approve it or ask for changes. You are responsible for attending that meeting, for approving or rejecting content within 72 hours of receiving it, and for giving us the access we need to your accounts.
We will refuse to produce anything we believe to be misleading, unlawful or in breach of platform policy.
Where we agree a follower target with you, the following applies:
Fees, billing frequency and scope are set out in your engagement agreement or invoice. Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. We may pause work on accounts overdue by more than 15 days. All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Social media takes time to read properly, so we ask for a minimum of three months before performance is judged. After that you may end the engagement with 30 days written notice. On termination we stop publishing, the automations are switched off, and no further content is produced. Fees already paid for work performed are not refundable. Ending early forfeits any growth guarantee.
Once fees for the relevant period are paid in full, the positioning document, scripts, designs, footage and finished content produced for you belong to you. We keep ownership of our internal methods, templates, systems and tooling. We may show finished public work in our portfolio and case studies unless you tell us in writing not to.
Each of us will keep the other's non public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
We take on a limited number of new clients each month. References to available slots reflect our capacity at the time of publication and are not an offer capable of acceptance.
We do not control Instagram, Meta or any other platform. Algorithm changes, policy changes, account restrictions, outages and reach fluctuations are outside our control, and we are not liable for them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or reputational harm.
Case studies, follower counts and testimonials on this site describe outcomes achieved by specific clients in specific markets. They are real, and they are not a promise that you will achieve the same. Outcomes depend on your niche, market size, offer and participation.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. We will both attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before starting proceedings.
